Its a western martial art but I trained in fencing for 7 years specialising in sabre mostly. I had to give it up as I just didn't have the time any more :-(

only jokeing,done krav for a while but was in the week,very awkward to get there sometimes due to work

just started gracie bjj a few weeks back on a sunday 7-9

fit my lifestyle better

Brazilian jui jitsu is where its at

 

Been training a year now, Changed my life. Totally de frags my brain at the end of the day. Its one of the only Martial arts where you can go full tilt in sparring and not get hurt or injured.

 

I would highly recommend it to climbers if you want to get into shape, i developed muscles in places i didn't know existed lol

I'm throwing 5 a side into Martial Arts although I'm not sure where the Martial part comes into play. I get more injuries from it than full contact Thai!!!!!

Just got back to BJJ after 2 years off for training for my job and getting over knee surgery. I know it's all supposed to be technique but going back with log moving strength and chainsaw kettle bell strength defiantly helps.
