I'v never burnt a clutch out, and I run minimum 30", occasional 42"

I never let anyone else use my 660s though, having seen lads jam the chain up and just keep on trying to rev the engine until the clutch starts smoking...

I've run various 046/460's with this set up for 10+ Years and no issues but this is the 2nd full replacement in 8 months the first one I put down to bad luck but now a 2nd she runs and cuts like a dream, she just seems to be rough with her hardware

You may have a crankshaft that is slightly oval / out of round / undersize . This could make the clutch bearing ware out prematurely causing the other parts to clap out ...?

It's clutch, drum, bar and bearing regular as clockwork. Nothing looks like it's got hot or warped just looks like general wear and tear, I knew my bar was getting tired but the clutch just let go half way through a job yesterday afternoon no warning just death

Sagenspezi. Look on eBay.de

Really wanted a sugihara, but Rob reckons there isn't much demand.
