cleaning time

Beal sell a rope cleaner by the bottle, I have no idea what its like but I think Rich Rule has used it.

 

thats the stuff we use and it seems to work well and feel confident on not damaging rope

we have a washing machine at work:001_tongue:

if using washing powder use non bio only

cool wash only you will be surprised how hot the drum gets which is why pillowcase is recommended

yeah, cheers for that Justin. I have used the cleaner a couple of times. first time my ropes, vt cord were well coated in conifer crap. they came up a treat. the second time it came out was to remove dog egg from the rope, again came out all clean. the armor prus in the pic went into the machine coated in sap and came out almost like new. Even though it was over 5 months old.
