I think for my next attempt I'll try and splice a footlocking prusik any ideas what cord I should use?

I made one from 8mm sirius and it was really nice. Until I misplaced it somewhere :blushing: Pretty easy stuff to splice and plenty tough enough for footlocking.

I tried splicing using various fid things and didn't get along well with it, in the end I stole a few wires from a mates piano and it made the whole process a total breeze in comparison!

Looking good 👍, what are the implications of a DIY splice when it comes to loler? Have always wanted to give it a go but worry it's against h and s or something :/, also...is there any particular way to stitch once the splice is finished? I may have a play some time
