As above, I have family in Elgin who are installing a log burner and can't find a supplier.

I am here until tomorrow so would like to organise it for them while I'm up.

Must be dry and ready to burn .

Logs need barrowed in and stacked aswell.

Leave your reply below, thanks Stevie

I often wonder how many people fit a woodburner with little thought on how they will fuel it.

No offence is intended by this, my Sister In Law is the same so buys pallets of peat briquettes. Not from here but the wood fuel coop may help.

Wood Fuel Co-operative - The Woodfuel Co-operative

no offence also,

where to store logs, re access for log deliveries , re access for taking em into house ect ect ect......... self seasoning, quantities, OH I DON'T WANT TO SEE THOSE UNSIGHTLY THINGS EVERY TIME I COME HOME. unlike the europeans who generally have three stacks out side their houses.

1. using

2 seasoning from last year

3 this years fresh logs

Stevie, contact Spence, Speyside Firewood on 07950 033063 or 01807 500709.

He's working with me in Elgin tomorrow morning doing a beech takedown.

Surprised the stove installer didn't recommend a supplier.
