It's mine and I don't like it. It gets caught in stuff on the borders when doing certain hedges, i find it cumbersome and in comfortable to use.

You surprise me Hodge. I'm not in your line of work, but I've seen plenty of people try it (only at shows) and they all seemed to have thought it was great. May be different in the workplace.

I thought it was a good idea but in practice I really don't get on with it, I find it gets in the way and the bit over your head catches on branches etc, I do a lot of small hedges on gardens with not a lot of room.

Perhaps the waist and shoulder straps are not adjusted correctly?. All tools and equipment can and will have there own limitation. Depends on many factors and how one uses in the first place.

Is it damaged in any way at all?

Like it says in the advert mate, used 3 times, 3 hedges, so 3 hours max, no damage. And like the ad says its the Arb model with twin gas struts.
