with the same amount of staff and all the rigging there is NO WAY believe me

a five meter strip landing zone with a three meter slope to a six foot drop into the river with nothing alowed in the river and traffic + pedestrians on the other

NO WAY

the rigging involved would have been emence

NO WAY

so did you cut and chuck or what

why would a climber have to rig it compared to bod in a mewp

there would have been all kinds of issues if climbing

we did cut and chuck i think three larger sections got lowered of one tree because it was over the river and to big to throw

a climber could have done simmilar for a lot of it but we were doing a tree an hour ish and they were over the height of the roof line of three story town flats (with apex roof on top)

two people in the mewp

the biggest issue would have been not landing or bouncing bits into the river (clients were strict about that)

and the same for the herras fence with traffic the other side of it

you would have had to do a good amount of rigging probably 40- 50 %

depending on which tree

in the mewp push a lever and your directly above the drop zone

its just faster

oh and i only gave two options in the poll because i wanted to know which one people would go for. not if they would do both, cause clearly both have a place
