valmet rotator problem???

ok. so first job is to fault find. bypass the div block with each set first. check the rotate and then the grab. will illiminate the div.

 

if the rotate wont work then bypass the top block, same procedure as above, and will then lead to the rotate slew.

not 100% sure I was hoping to be able to buy a kit to replace all the seals in the rotator, im quite sure there are no valves missing, the oils going where it should its just not doing what it should!

 

it cant be a rotator prob separate the pipes going to the rotation and see what happens have a look at the motor on the slew and see if you can take a picture to id any valves

with the pipes lose to the rotation part oil comes out of one when you pull the lever and out of the other when you push the lever.

the other 2 are corect as the grab opens and shuts fine.
