Hey guys...

i have been an arborist for 10 years now and have been dreaming of setting up my own business for some time. I do alot of my own work for domestic clients at weekends and im now struggling to find the time to keep up with the work but not enough to keep going in the week. Could any business owners please give my some advice on getting a contract? how to make the first step? thanks...

Council contacts are a lot of hoop jumping and not the best money as for commercial clients there built up over years of trading.

If you have a good regular job and do your own stuff stick with it, running your own show aint easy.
