You were lucky. I know of a farm near me who loaded a grain trailer from the back(not attached to a tractor) on a slight hillside. It rolled down the hill through the hedge over the A614 and into the next field. Didn't hit a single car

To be very honest, looking at the state of the rim, trailer body and other visible parts I'm not really surprised it broke!

The whole thing needs an overhaul. Even trusty trailers get old and this may be an early warning to you to replace it.....

Loading up silage today. Then the trailer started going. Went for about 400mts before it got stuck in the ditch :thumbdown:

 

HI ANDREW we had the same years ago mate with tyre on a 10 ton trailer with timber on night mere :thumbdown:job thanks jon :thumbup:

You must have worked in some posh places. Most of the farms I've worked on that would be referee to as the 'new' trailer.:P
