Unless you are picking it up as actual sawn and split logs (or chip) and it's going on your own personal fire at home then no, it's 20%.

 

Roundwood stacked at roadside isn't firewood until it's been processed.

Its like red or heating oil, buy 2,000L or less and its 5%, buy more than that and its 20%.
