I still cant get over the "expert" stating £450 for 3 men for the day, .

 

IMO, far better that he gave a high price than a silly low price.

Yeah was pretty lame really after all the arbtalk hype! Like Hancock said, can't believe they went ahead and let them mangle the tree up, all for a tv show ??? And as for that presenter bloke...what a jockey!

I laughed at that expert too. Recommending the tree needed dead wooding? 3man day?

I was referring to the price for dead wooding the tree, not the cost of a three man day.

As soon as he opened his gob I figured he'd not looked the tree.....covered in ivy. The real rogue traders were the beeb...!
