Client information...

Despite my current levels of anxiety I am pushing ahead with projects and ideas.

I will address other issues when we are back from holidays.

One project I want to implement is for the 3 of us who quote to use the same form for client details.

This form would contain client and job details and be kept with a printed copy of the quote and eventual bill.

The aim of this is to get us all singing of the same hymn sheet.

For me, it is no good just writing stuff in a diary or note book then handing or emailing in to be turned into a quote as there is no central information file containing the many job details not present on a quote.

How do you guys do it?

Do your own sheets as these cost a lot for what they are.

 

I have one that does us well I can email it you if you want.

I've just started using FreeAgent - it does a lot more than just uniform quote templates as it's pretty much an accounting package.

 

I'm really impressed with it as it's not only standardised all my quotes and invoices but keeps track of all my cashflow etc.
