my wife and i were reduced to tears earlier, when they showed the last moments of little paul dying from malaria. she was holding our youngest and had to leave the room. 1 million kids a year are dying from mosketos, fiver a net will save a life. she is going to pledge s good few nets worth tomorrow.

Likewise: my kids take the p%ss when things like that come on because I get the inside of my specs wet. The bit that really got me was seeing those families reunited after years of separation. And we moan (yeah, me as much as anyone) about a couple of pence going on a litre of diesel.
