Speak to Dean Embling at Global about Bandit. Bit more pricey than some but you will wonder why you never did it before!!

 

Are Bandits American built? Are they more expensive than Schleising chippers to buy and run?

Yes, American.

 

No, Schliesing are the most expensive chippers on the market (inch per inch, in the UK)

 

All chippers of that size you want cost about the same to run per m3 chipped.

Bandit and Schleising are heavy but I would buy a Bandit first. Just my opinion though.

Bandits are great chippers, they are heavy but they have the longevity of an anvil.

 

They have been making well proven chippers for a long time, although not as "techie" as other companys, they certainly outlive most other models that I have seen.

The greenmech arborist 150 is a fantastic little machine, we have 2 tw190's and we fight over which gang gets the greenmech, (although all of ours are tracked). We really like the look of the forst, our two 190 are absolutely pants

Thanks for the positive contributions it's helped the buying process no end.

 

Hopefully those dealers that have now received pictures of the two machines are able to provide part exchange prices so that the search can be short listed.
