Are you sure its not on your equipment. Are your filters in the right place.

I have been with orange (as was) since the beginning and EE of late for mobile, mobile broadband and home broadband without any issues.

 

Now,.....if I could just get the upgrade brigade to leave me alone, are you allowed to abuse them down the phone?
