did a practice work climb today for the nz regionals with scott forrest(uk&nz champ,2nd in the worlds).

tried to do the work climb in the required 5mins and only managed 7mins.not bad and quiet happy with how the layout was and how i attacked it.

its amazing how much you learn in a short space of time when climbing with the top dogs.

he did it in 3mins30 and didnt really try.

comp is march 21st will let you know how i get on.
