I've just sent him a message asking if I can view it and if there is any reason why hes copied a photo of one that was for sale in the States.

We nearly bought a tractor off ebay a few weeks ago and it turned out to be a complete scam, fortunately the bank returned the payment we made after the bank fraud department checked it out, But, was unable to contact ebay, the site is impossible!

I really don't like eBay for this reason, there is an element of trust involved between buyers and sellers and obviously the scam monkeys take advantage of this, I just brought a chipper on eBay, yet to collect it but I'm not paying until if seen it with my own eyes.

a club wanted a tractor to pull there gangs. now i pay by paypal then if its a rum do i can get my money back but they paid for it by debit card went to collect no address was a scam £2500 gone not to be seen again.
