My wife has a friend who is always "stressed" and "really busy" or "manic at work" she's not of course, it's just that we all feel the need to declare how busy and stressed we are because that's what we are told we must be! All these magazines and papers telling us how to deal with our modern hectic lives. Too much navel gazing these days.

I often wonder if they ever ask those women in those hellhole factories in India working 15hr plus days how they switch off or if they are stressed.

Not a dig at any one poster just my musings on it.

I must admit I do navel gaze far too much. Luckily my wife didn't notice!
