installing solar panels in trees

Had an awesome morning yesterday installing a couple of solar panels in a tree. Had previously removed them to allow them to be fixed up.

They are just fixed with chains looped loosely around the trunk, not the best method I can think of but they have been there for a decade nearly and very minor damage to the tree so all good I suppose.

 

They are powering a toilet block lights and fan in a tourist spot in southwest Australia.
