At the risk of kicking a wasp nest. If whoever did the job and considered it OK to leave like that was working for you then perhaps some training / instruction is needed. If the job is nothing to do with you, then it's nothing to do with you.

 

In that case I should turn him into an unemployed cutter.

hi ian where you working at at the moment , your main interest forestry then dude . a good start by the way .

 

im currently working in a warehouse for a kitchen distribution company. been there nearly 11 year. I want out and into the tree business. just need to get a foot in the door, as the saying goes.
