great job mate, what a cracking sized crane

perfect size mate, only slightly wider than the isuzu 5 1/2 tonner we drove up in. We have another little job for the bedford soon, have a large cedar to takedown in a churchyard..(if we get the job)..can't get a crane anywhere near it, but the bedford just fits through an archway and up the driveway, right to the side of the tree...doesn't have enough reach to take care of the tops, but will be able to lift all the chunks down with it, straight into a trailer.:001_smile:

I like that!!!!!!!!!

How much reach does it have?

What will it lift?

Nicely done!!!!!

with the fly on about 65ft I suppose

weight wise I'm not sure...at full reach with the fly on then it wouldn't be much...maybe less than a ton. The last proper days work we gave it was a huge london plain, we had a day stripping it and then a day craning down the timber..big tree with a massive spread and the biggest lift we did can't have been much more than a ton 1/2 so it wasn't an issue really.

Heres a little vid of it loading some oak onto the trailer last year.
