Yes you should get one and try it out for yourself rather than complain about something on the back of others, constantly!

Or JUST GIVE IT UP MAN AND STOP POSTING THIS *$*$ ON EVERY BLEEDIN CHAINSAW THREAD POSSIBLE!!

Go on then tell us exactly what you said to offend husqvarna?:001_smile:

Not to derail this complete train crash, but wasn't this topic started for a battery powered saw?

Back on track?

Yes, sorry. IMO the battery saws were never pro saws, just for light pruning jobs, if people are using them for takedowns, felling, you are going to cook the motors! Anyone ever tried to cut really long grass with an electric mower? And the motors in those are a little larger!

The T536 is good for takedowns Eddy, up to the point where a petrol saw becomes obvious. For me so far, that's where I swap to my 346 or use the 020/201 for a bit.

You could argue that why not start with a 201 etc and stick with it for further down the tree. But what the 536 does is give you a good period of pleasant, semi-peaceful working before its time to roll out the noise. It'll get a good load of branch wood out, when the cuts are spaced out time-wise by you moving around the tree and the saw isn't expected to go balls out repeatedly chogging.

It's early days yet though, so time will tell whether its robust enough to last as long as the other top handles.

The saw in question has only been used for branch removal, and the day it failed, had cut nothing larger than 5" dia. Is very nice to use, quiet and slim with good cutting speed and I enjoyed using it.

Hmmm difficult one then, it's not like husqvarna don't know how to make the battery stuff, they've been selling it as flymo for years, I would guess they have never produced something that fast though, I think that the battery tools won't be ready properly for a while, by the sounds, it's a cooling issue

That's really disappointing. Was using it last two days taking limbs off sycamore up to bar length.(10")

Cutting fine throughout.
