Do I need planning

For a little office type portacabin in the yard (green belt) to use as a welfare unit for me and employee, kettle, bog, eating facility etc

 

I was looking at a 10x8 or something similar

dean. if its for storing of equipment allied to permitted use of the land ,ie storage of kit , no , an office type building is a differant thing , if i recall correct ,thats why i dont have 1, @ my place ,best thing would be to make it in the bak of a container, so to look like storage .if you get mi drift
