Do I need planning

I was looking at a 10x8 or something similar

if it on wheels is it not classed as a temporary structure????? if not stable block on a sled is classed as a temporary structure not much difference.

I wouldn't even bother... We stick portacabins on our sites, 25x8 plumbed into the mains, all the time without planning.

No planning required for portable structures except in conservation areas or sssi's.

dean. if its for storing of equipment allied to permitted use of the land ,ie storage of kit , no , an office type building is a differant thing , if i recall correct ,thats why i dont have 1, @ my place ,best thing would be to make it in the bak of a container, so to look like storage .if you get mi drift

It's mainly for shelter and dinner tea breaks, just somewhere warm in winter to sit and have our sarnies and have a brew kit.

I would not be bothered if it had wheels although I'd remove them to prevent theft.
