spider jack sounds better ,gave my lock jack away, but i spose its horses for courses ,i just prefere friction hitches.........but most people i know who use lock jacks swear by them and would not use any thing else.

Hi all. Used the spider jack until the clutch started to slip. Tried to get a new clutch but got the wrong one. It has a different clutch to the lock jack.

Have to say really liked the spider jack. Its a bit odd to use to start with but if you stick with it its will worth it... didn’t like the sand paper grip on it. As it rubbed on the metal work.

put a bit of wood on to replace the sand paper.
