ye should be good, really looking forward to seeing the climbing comps in the flesh, some big trees there too.

was hopeing to buy loads of stuff but probably have to make do with a stihl cap n keyring! i wonder what the prices will be like as i have always found it cheaper to buy in the uk and ship rather than buy local which is a shame.

is camping allowed then?? should be the site is massive.

thanks grass hopper, so camping sorted what about the weather then!!!

i have bought a few bits from the husqy centre in cork and the prices on the arb gear are good, the range is a bit small but i guess that will grow with more custom.

Are any of you guys thinking of bringing some climbing gear down to do some reccy climbing somewhere around the estate? Not sure if there will be any official recreational climbing happening, but I for one would love to check it out and have a go/ or see it done in the flesh and have a chat with someone in the know how. (Have never climbed with a rope and harness before, and am keen to learn at some stage, and possibly buy some basic of gear at this show).

I'll put my climbing bag in the car just in case there's some tree about , not very good but happy to climb beside some of you pro's.

Camping = done.

Climbing = done.

Buying gear = done.

Drinking = done. (some)

Cooking food = ??????????????????????????????????

Nice one, Keen to have a good look into the climbing side of things for this show. Have been dreaming about it for to long now, and its time for some action. Hoping to make a few contacts on this trip as well, I'll make myself known. :thumbup1:
