delivery time?

hi guys,

how many of you waited 2 weeks for your online ordered rope? i thought in times of fast travel 2 weeks would be enough to send it around the world 3 times! i ordered a rope and few other bits to it and expected to use it max 5 days after my order. so i emailed the place once, then again- no reply. last friday i rang them, the guy says "i'm sending it now", i checked my account, email-nothing, so phone call again yesterday. another guy tells me they have a rope but not a fuel can, "thank you for letting me know earlier, yes i want to cancel the can now", "yes, we'll send it tomorrow morning". today is 14th day from my order and a third person is saying again that it's not sent yet but they are sending it now.

everytime i thought it must be on the way now, it's not worth to cancel it and look for another one but i can say I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER ANYTHING WITH ***** ***!!! maybe there is anybody from this company on this forum to explain why it takes so long and if it does why can't they get in touch to let their costumer know what's happening?

There are a few posts on here about how poor they are. Should of gone to FR jones or Clarkes, they both have service that is second to non.

Ordered new kit from Buxtons last Tuesday was here on Friday.

both honey bothers and fr jones have delivered to me in ireland within about three days so happy with that and dont generlly order anywhere else.
