I fell asleep at 7 pm last night and slept till 6. I've been on a detox for 9 days, as well as doing a lot more cycling in the day. It's paying off for sure! Feel great and climbing and thinking much faster.

I was at Kettlebells for an hour this morning then climbed for 4 hours in the monsoon rain, hopefully I will sleep better tonight!

Started using it because i had trouble sleeping, and sleeping is extremely important when powerlifting/bodybuilding like myself.

it helps many people get a better sleep, get funky dreams tho but its alright.

Since having my 2 kids arrive (5 yrs ago) my sleep patterns are all over the place....my wife recommended 'rescue night remedy', is full of natural ingredients, incl A.hippocastanum. Doesn't really do much for me but she swears by it.
