Hi guys,

Im after some of the above but seasoned as I'm wanting to whittle some silky handles.

Ive already asked and looked at some of the local sellers including b&q and the like.

Thanks dan

I really like this idea! I've seen a photo online of someone who's done it before, I'll try and post it in a moment. I'm guessing the wood has to be seasoned before whittling? I'm interested in doing this myself. Can't decide what wood to use though?

Lol same here, this will be my 1st proper go at whittling if its in that bracket.

Ive had a go on the basic shape on lime but would really like something with a great grain colour and hardiness but easy to work with so I've not picked just the one type of wood yet

Thats a great picture. Whats great is that you can whittle / sand the wood to fit your hand.

Steve we could do swapies, a new t-shirt for a handle 😜 lol. But i think I'm way off to be able to mass produce them in a short amount of time. Im sure the wood turners/ carvers / whittlers would have no problem.
