The forums for sharing of industry information....it's not all take take take. You don't have to contribute to the areas you don't agree with

I was just interested that people divulge information that could help a competitor price against you, i don't mind at all id never personally state my day rates but that's me.

Don't worry it could be worse a competitor could get one of their friends to phone you up and get you to quote for some work, todo a price check,

 

I know of a couple of tree surgeons that have done this and to me, what can i say thanks for wasting my time, its ok though it all goes around .....

they must be a crap tree surgeon to resort to them tactics I'd be miffed I wasted petrol money !
