Tough phone recommendations?

Agree, can understand why people want tough phones but a smartphone with a protective case on is just as good imo!

I looked at this as it actually works out cheaper to buy this as oposed to buying the latest samsung or iphone and a heavy duty case

And you get the bonus of a huge battery and a thermal imageing camera

Fair enough for some people that may not be useful but i think it could be a great help

Everything from checking decay in trees fault finding on machinery i even want to see if it can show up mouldy silage bales without removing wrap

Checking for nesting birds in trees im sure there are a thousand uses if you put your mind to it

Plus noone knows hhow resiliant the latest curved smartphone screens are even in a tough case

Yeah I've got an iPhone for general use but all my work calls get routed to a Nokia that I keep in my pocket, don't care if it breaks but they last ages and only charge it every few weeks
