Sorry to dig up an old thread but I'd love to hear of anyone's recent discoveries re: smaller chainsaw trousers. My other half is a size 8/10 and its time to get her kitted up.

Any of those who posted on this thread two years ago got a review of the kit they got? The strengths, the weaknesses? How it has held up? Any things to keep an eye out for, particularly when limited to the smallest trousers available?

Arbortec breatheflex 👍🏼

I've got a red pair I've been using on utility's that have done well so far (a lot of thorn and barb wire fences). Very comfortable and more importantly, they look the part 😂😂😂

After what you ate over Xmas I heard your xxl and and got plenty over overhang :001_tongue:

Nope, high metabolism and erratic eating habits mean I can eat what I like and still weigh in at just less than a wet fart.

Yesterday's dinner was a 16oz burger with chorizo, cheese, Garlic butter and chips, with a side of beer.

Still 60kg!

I'm a bloke, 30 waist and wear Stein Kreiger Arborist size Small which I find are a very good fit. I find that a lot of 'workwear' although it is sized Small or 30" is actually closer to 32".

That said I always wear Oregon braces but that's down to the weight of type C trousers.

Joe if you don't mind me asking what is the leg length on the XS Breathflex or what's your inside leg measurment (that just sounds wrong LOL :blushing:) and who makes the Breathflex?

Don't know off the top of my head mate but I'll measure up when I get home. Arbortec make the Breatheflex. Very good company to deal with. If you ring up I'm sure they'd be happy to help out.

Any more personal info and you'll need to buy me a drink first.
