Fantastic. I've completely missed this growing season but normally try and bring a few things on. Never managed one of those though - perhaps a special effort is needed this autumn.

So 6 years on from measuring the champion we took the opportunity to remeasure it today.

 

Back in 2011 it was 25.7m

 

today it came in at 26.7m

 

So 1m height extension in the subsequent years.
