I think thats something the local dog brought up mate! Did you sniff it?? :001_smile:

 

 

Try not to touch anything at the base of Trees, especially on a Heath that's stuffed to rafters with professional dog walkers.

 

 

Wasn't really sure what this was till I cut one open to find the tell tale concentric rings

Here's a leaning Sycamore from today, with Ustulina on compression side of Tree, located around a desicated butress.

Quite impressive adaptive butressing on compression side, with suckering.

Stimulated by Ust?

 

Tree within falling distance of foot traffic, have got the team to reduce the compression trunk slightly more than the rest of the canopy, to help aleviate tipping/shearing force above lean.

Not quite but i've got a 70fter on the edge of a field with no target (except 2 horses) in St Austell if you're holidaying this way m8. Plenty of it to 2+m
