canoeing, kayaking, campfire cooking in dutch ovens, pro bbq'ing

 

thats beer can chicken, some BUTT RUB seasoning, my komado joe ceramic bbq smoker, some ribs and chicken on the grill and my american 7 skewer rotiiserie grill that pack down into a brief case..

Pro-barbecueing? I have never heard of this before but I think that it's what's missing from my life! Oh how I love MEAT!

beer drinking is not compulsary...... but it does feel good:thumbup:
