What's wrong with the ad? I think it's a good opportunity for someone to learn some proper cutting skills and work around the country. So he didn't reply to your pm maybe he is out in the woods cutting timber, or busy with other stuff i think if your looking for work on a forum slagging off someone's ad because he didn't reply is a good way to blow getting other work with potential employees on here.

 

Also sense of humour isn't easy to get across when writing on a forum.
