Not sure how the pro traxion or wall hauler work with regards to lowering. Sure weight would be an issue if they are designed for light haulage, but i'm thinking a combo set up of em some how & file the teeth off if they have em..

 

Not clear on what the application/operation is you are trying to achieve & why a speed boat is involved, sounds like fun though & best of luck with it...
