Its a strange coincidence to see this thread as I have just checked mine on a little machine I have but have not used for months.

 

it was 148/78 which is about normal for me whilst on the tablets, before the tablets it was 210/112!

 

140/70 is just about in the Hypertension range.

HI MATE my last one was 139/88 i do not no if thats good or not jon :thumbup:

its a little high but not too too bad according to the missus(nurse)

 

His diastolic is a little high, but nothing to worry about.

 

Jon......go for a run till you pass out...if you come back round and you are still breathing, your ok
