Depends on how hard they work, and how long the day is. £10 an hour plus if they're draggin and chipping all day.

Considerably less if they spend a lot of time rolling fags up,or stand chatting to the customers half dressed teenage daughter for long periods of time.

I used to charge £100 a day for me with PPE and groundsaws, with my pick up as well cost a bit extra. I filled most weeks just fine. :001_smile:

My twin boys are 17 and have their CS38, they get £60 a day. They'll get £80 a day when they get their CS30. My grown up groundie gets £100 a day, he has his tickets, drives and is a damn good chap!. Got to look after your groundies fella's!...that said, I've sacked a good few!

 

You cloned arborists! Amazing. You will be able to do avenue work and get the same result on both sides.:thumbup:

ha ha!, nice one goaty!...they do work well as a team...but my eldest lad is better with a Ukelele!
