Petzl sequioa swing

I have had 2 dragonfly and was tempted by the swing, have you seen/sat in the swing yet? I found the rigid seat to be to long and not that comfy, it isn't shaped to fit at the edges as the dragonfly is. Ended up with a Harkie.

I heard the petzl harness' get pulled down easily by big saws.

 

This can be true for the sequoia harness. Depends on how you hang the saw. I think Steve uses some other method for moving about with the saw. Think it was him.

 

I did look at a swing before but wasn't sure about the seat part... Did look very practical to me.

I've been on a Petzl swing for a couple of years now. I love it. If you like a'sit' harness this is great, all the weight is off your hips. Downside, its a pure 'climb' harness and on the ground its like having a plank strapped on your 'arris!. It can slip a bit with a bit saw..just do it up tighter :). :thumbup:
