It didnt take long to be fair, it was all on the surface of the chip - after the sickening metalic sound of it pinging through, I switched the chipper off pretty quick! Just glad it didn't take someones eye out!

DOH. Any chance of seeing what would happen to a chainsaw next. or a workers mobile if he dont stop texting on it

 

groundsaws are pretty boring,could only get the handle of my 346 through the feed rollers!

wouldnt fit through the rollers after it had eaten the throttle handle, the rest wouldnt fit!

I had a look at them after we had finished chipping up, and to be fair they were pretty much fine. Im sure it probably took that lovely razor sharp edge off them but still chipping well!

Someone told me once about someone feeding a climbers rope into a chipper with a load of brash. Problem was the client was still attached to the rope up the tree. Council workers I think
