Why not consider one of these if its just used for hedges. It's hydraulic feed roller and rated at 3". They go on the bay for about 1k.

No this is the one I mentioned, its like entering a reluctant marriage, it goes on forever with no end in sight. To a pro chipper user its like a sink macerator.

That bad lol its a tough situation really because the budget dosn't quite stretch to a hydraulic feed chipper really. You might get an arbor eater 100 for 2k but they are rated at 4.25".

When I say hedge its 20ft high in places and mixed with sycamore, rose hips, dog thorn, black thorn and Elder etc. May have given the wrong impression with garden hedge. I have hundreds of feet of this and it grows like mad.

be happy to quote to lay it for you so its then manageable with hedge trimmer

I like the look of this but I think its a scam Wallenstein Wood Chipper Shredder Hydraulic Feed Hopper | eBay

No reply to my message. No reviews The pictures look very american especially the flag at the back and the big no plate on the truck. On the other hand it may be genuine but it wont be getting my bid.
