That's really cheap for talisker

 

I'm just finishing off a bottle of Ardmore traditional cask so I can get started on a bottle of Glen Marnoch 18

Agreed, may invest in another couple of bottles, :thumbup1:

 

I dont know the ones you have, but wasnt Glen Marnoch the 40yo that Aldi was selling ?

Hello, Bonjour,

 

Just a post to say Im sampling tonight my recently acquired Talisker tonight, as always its wonderful with a beautiful aroma.

 

Perhaps if I can give 'my helper' the slip when shopping next Ill stow another bottle away!

I had a little drop of the glen moray gold the other day, was really nice and smooth.

 

any one on here had it? what you think of it?

Did my frequent trip to Scotland in September ... bought a bottle of Edradour Natural Cask Strength (57.4%) Bourbon finish, from Loch Fyne Whiskies in Inverarie. Its the most stunning stuff I ever tasted.

Strangely ... on the way back... nearly home... called in to Sainsburys for some essentials and bought a bottle of Arberlour 10 yo ... special offer £24.

All the way to Scotland and I bought half my stash from Wolverhampton !!

I'm just seeing off a large Jura before bed , lovely stuff , mmmm .
