Really great pictures mate, I'm in milton Keynes got a job coming up with a few 80ft beeches (poles because close to each other) that need working on. If interested how much for the day?

Obviously I can't travel the country just for one day so thank you Andy for pointing that out:thumbup1:

 

My single date rate will take me around trip of a 50 mile radius.

 

For the rest of the UK would have to be 2 or more days work, I understand that there maybe a better solution than getting someone in from afar this is why I'm sticking the feelers out to see what work would be available to the traveling arborist!

 

Its worth giving Frank a PM (Darren Spencer) im sure hes travelling long distances etc. Might give you some info on stuff, un realised costs.

 

Also ive climbed with adam and chatted to about work, hes clued up and much faster than me at ascending the tree and im like lightning fast (im not more like electric wheel chair with a flat battery)

 

Oh and good with a throwline go into the top of an 80ft chestnut with ease.

The throw line? Haaa! You mean after I got the whole line out the 3rd time

 

I was like a bull in a china shop up that spruce, but think a frog walk would of been healthier for me the first 60ft was ok then the driver ran out of steam it was a bitch though

These are very beautiful reductions you're posting...majestic:cool: if that isn't a good C.V for your pruning skills and Advert for ease of movement around a tree with a rope wrench...then i don't know what is:rolleyes:

Reductions are such a breeze with the wrench its like the crown is your best Freind not your enemy

Little sensitive job this morning, a semi mature horse-chestnut, been heavily reduced in the past 8/10 years, showing signs of decay, ill get some other pictures in a little bit, not really any need for before photos but first photo I've removed approx 1/1.5m from the left hand portion of the crown, then second a large lateral limb by approximately 2/2.5m then around a 10/15% thin mainly on the tips to reduce some foliage weight in the summer.
