Lets look at the facts. First this took place in California. Fact Two the person in question had a bottle of adult beverage on his person. Third and final fact between stupid car chases and slow news cycles, I would expect nothing less from this part of the country.

Completely normal, SOP for the media and authorities.

ahhh darn it, well sorry about that guys but its a long story so i'll make it short. Me and Mistabenn went on a alcohol fueled frenzy. I then chased a cat up a tree and got stuck hence this outcome..............
