I had the click harness but now have the tree motion. Also had a lot of other harness's and have to say that the tree motion wins by far. Where are you in Lincolnshire? I'm in Grimsby and your welcome to come have a go and try. Could also try out the skylotec click aswell as mate has it so you could compare them both. I'm away in Sweden working till around the 11th of Feb and home for a week so your welcome to come try mate

If you want a durable harness dont go for a tree motion. They are a great harness comfort and technical wise but they wear quick, my boss got through one in 9 months! Ive got a Dragonfly i have to retire only because its service life (5 yrs) is up, im proberly gonna get another. Check out the Harkie harness too, someone i know loves his!

sorry for the derail, but the service life of a dragonfly 2 is up to ten years, hate lazey loler inspectors who just say its older than five years, bin it, without checking what the Manufacture say about thier own kit, they should know

sorry rant over:blushing:

i've had a couple of tree magic harnesses they were excellent, really light weight. I've also had a comet also good but in my opinion not as good as the tree magic. However i got a tree motion over a year ago and havnt looked back. Took a while to set up but its definateley the comfiest harness i've ever owned and you can customise it to suit your own style. Regarding the durability a mate of mine has had one for the last 4 years climbing in uk,germany and norway and he's only just had to replace the hip straps and padding which i think is really good going and the fact you can replace all the stuff is another plus point more than justifying the purchase price.

I have a Skylotec and love it, I am on the chunky side as well... I wouldn't mind one with the leg clips but cant justify a new one. There is no such thing as the perfect harness, there is always something not quite right or needs changing. I have never used a Tree Motion (Flash Harrys Harness) but they sell by the gazillions so there must be a reason... Mostly skinny buggers though...
