great work david. Must be very interesting being able to survey, investigate and carry out works, as well as having the opertunity to continue the later phases of work

im envious to say the least

It certainly continues to be an interesting job.

 

Mind, the whole package is only really as good as the sum total of the team parts and the freedom and trust from the bosses that has taken time to develop.

I see this as a 3/4 phase reduction, Adam

But it will possibly change depending on developing circumstance.
