out and about today, haven't shared this with my colleagues yet but would like to confirm.

 

Are these degraded Meripilus? (and a little younger one?)

Can't really be sure from the shots, there a little blurry.

not sure what this one is but it was pretty heavy and sturdy for a fung, growing under a mixture of hawthorn, elder and ash but nearest the hawthorn

Suspect this as being a Cortinarius species, though struggling to match one with as pronounced a ring.

 

Gills look right

Found this funky number growing on a Cedar of Lebanon log used as a "youth bench". Cant find anything on Rogers Mushrooms which comes close. It looks similar to Schizopora paradoxa in the top picture but the bottom two don't match up.:001_huh:
