A quick update. No work so far this week. So I was off exploring again yesterday as it was such a lovely day.

 

Managed to get a pic in between hundreds of 'wanna buy watch, very good price'

 

Have also ordered my climbing kit and helmet ! Exciting stuff, a big thank you to fr jones for being so accommodating. I can't wait for it to arrive and get up them trees !!

The Silky "Tsurugi" you have there is one of the finest they make! It's great for cutting in tight spots snd it's super light and perfect i imagine for Palm trees..i've worn a Protos and they are VERY comfortable:) looks like you have a Teufelberger multi saver also. Look after your kit and it will look after you...i can't quite see your harness..either a Euroline or Kolibri...Or if you're really smart...An Austria 3!

Yep the tsuguri is probably the thing I am most excited about ! The protos is a lovely fitting helmet. My harness is a singing rock timber 2
