Funny you say that: I was thinking the self same thing Friday. Mid afternoon and there was almost a dawn chorus going on.

Spent all day in the garden today

 

Planted a damson, 2 hazels and 2 hawthorns I dont wish my life away but Ill be a happy chappy when this winter has been pushed out of the way by spring.

Working in the woods the other day and we commented on the bird song, and the wild primroses in flower, daffs poking their heads up as well,

Its certainly been nice to see the sun out and hear all the birds cant believe its turning colder again this week as original poster said I hope this year will be better than last im so sick of the wet weather and really looking forward to a nice warm spring
